I cannot recommend Advanced Restoration SC enough! After experiencing water damage, their team stepped in and provided exceptional support from start to finish.
Brad was incredible—he conducted a thorough investigation, patiently guided me through the entire insurance claim process, and handled uploading all the necessary documentation. The owner, Jason, even rolled up his sleeves to participate directly in the demolition on day 1!.
Another Brad and Darren handled drywall, painting, and floors going above and beyond!
The entire team is kind, respectful, and meticulously thorough. They truly care about doing the job right and never cutting corners.
Brad is still helping me with the insurance claim even after they finished! The company put their trust in me as I did them also. They are honest and reliable and I think that is the most important quality to have when having people help you with construct and reconstruct your home. It was nice to work with people who won't have a project go on for months!

If you ever need restoration services, this is the company to call!

Jason and Brad at Advanced Restoration were total professionals through every step of the process. Documenting things as we went and making common sense suggestions on what we should do. I can’t recommend them enough for any water mitigation or repair work you may need!!

I’m a local Realtor and my client hired Jason & Brad to oversee a major remodel after damage from a burst pipe last winter (2026). They were professional and thorough in their assessment of the damages and repairs and upgrades to be made. They assisted in dealing with the insurance company and helped make the process as stress free as possible. Their work also was of excellent quality and they finished the project right on schedule - if not, a little ahead. They willingly worked with me and the homeowner to ensure no details were missed and every opportunity to save money was explored. I would recommend them to any homeowner in need of repairs, updates or upgrades, and general facelifts to their property.

I contacted Advanced Restoration SC around midnight for a main waterline break in the basement. Jason answered the phone, listened to the situation and stated he would head in my direction. In a short amount of time, Jason and his crew were arrived and went to work. Polite and professional. Explained what they were doing and how the process would work.i would definitely use and recommend Jason, Brad ,and Advanced Restoration SC again.

Advanced Restoration, SC was wonderful to work with after we had a water leak from our refrigerator. They came in quickly and cleaned up all the water to prevent mold, mildew, and further damage. They were easy to work with, helped us to navigate the insurance claim process, and did the repair work we needed. Everything looks great! Jason and Brad were great to work with, and their crew did an excellent job with all repairs, from drywall, paint, to floors. I would highly recommend them!
